I wouldn't mind going in their actual shop, but man, what a pain to navigate that website. I wouldn't buy anything from there just because of that. They don't even have good inventory and it doesn't look secure. I would be annoyed if I received a demo board when I ordered a new one too. I just don't like to bother with places that can't put up a decent online store front, imo.

Hi. I orderd a board from SnoCon. They sent me the wrong size board. They were pretty good about sending me a replacement but it is still a hassle to re-ship the old one. The 1st board was quite scratched up, but it looked like wear and tear from being around their store for a year (it was an 08-09 board). The new board definitely looks as if it had been demoed, gouged and repaired. I'm too tired to go back and forth with them, and I got a good deal on the board even had it been a demo, but if it was ever ridden (and I can't prove that - but it does have a nice gouge by the edge which looks like a gouge you'd get riding, not in the shop) they should not have sold it as new. Again, I can't prove anything...but I wonder.

I've never ordered anything online from the store (Snowboard Connection), but have been inside the brick and mortar shop and they were really friendly and helpful. They recently co-sponsored Seattle's Downtown Throwdown. I can't imagine that they are involved in anything shady or fraudulent. But, again, haven't ordered anything online from them.
