Once again evogear.com is having a great sale, but ends Sunday. I have already been to one tent sale today and hopefully hitting up another tonight. The one tonight is for mountain employees only, so maybe I can score a good deal. If you’re looking for a good deal on a jacket or pants or even gloves, checkout evogear.com this weekend. Here’s the email:

I apologize for the current look. I have been fed up with how far I’ve gotten and thought that I would roll out the basic style to the new look and make myself complete it faster. I need the header and few other things, so keep and eye out for upcoming changes!

Ahh. I got an invite to the Forum Forever video premiere and party at the Redbull Space down in SoHo. It’s this Friday, Oct 2nd and the doors open at 8. Man if I could I would, but my invite is not mine to give away :/

I do have way too much work to do. I just landed a completely new project and I would kinda like to make the money so I can pay for this winter. I’ll look for pictures Monday and kick myself for being so responsible.

I shop online at a lot of different e-retailers for gear. I’ve scored some great deals from places like evogear.com
, Altrec.com
and BoardParadise.com. I am searching for new bindings this winter and was so dead set on Rome Madisons, but I’m trying to expand my horizons to others like Union and Raiden. So I headed to TightBoards.com which was giving me loads of problems and decided to check out the other family of sites (CrossRoads Sports in North Carolina) including BoardParadise.com. Which, is now non-existent. Did they go under? And what’s with the TightBoards site? Anyone know anything?

The passion to ride. It’s what drives us to wake up before the sun, load up our gear, and head to the mountains while our neighbors sleep. It changes the meaning of “winter storm warning.” It drives us to question what’s possible and never, ever take no for an answer. It creates unlikely friendships, unforgettable days, countless stories, and a culture devoted to standing sideways and having fun.
From a Burton catalog possibly from the 02′ – 03′ season. I always liked what they had to say.
